Delete your Pick & Drop account

Pick and Drop, by Food KAB (The Food KAB LLC)

This covers accounts in the Pick and Drop app on Android and iPhone, and on pickanddrop.me.

In the app (takes a minute)

1. Open Pick and Drop and tap Account.
2. Sign in with your phone number, if you are not signed in already.
3. Tap Settings, then Delete my account, and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

Without the app

Text or call (940) 255-5640, or email admin@foodkab.com. Use the phone number or email address on your account, and ask us to delete it. We will check that the request comes from you, then delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• Your saved addresses and delivery notes.
• Your saved cards.
• Your signed-in devices and notification settings.

What we keep, and why

• Records of past orders and payments, as long as tax and accounting rules require (typically seven years). We do not use them to contact you.
